The Effectiveness Workshop
Not your usual time management workshop - for professionals tired of being busy, and ready to be effective.
Saturday, 27 June 2026,
at Hilton Garden Inn Abingdon, 9:00 -16:30
From people who've been in the room
"Every professional should know this stuff."
"This is definitely not your usual time and energy management course
- it's so much more. Absolutely attend, you will not regret it!"
"Worth more than the time and money invested."
"Fascinating workshop with insights every professional should have."
"I'm going to use what I've learned every day."
You're capable. You're committed. So why does it still feel like this?
You end every week wondering where the time went. The to-do list grows faster than you can work through it. The important things keep getting pushed back. And underneath all the doing, there's a persistent sense that this isn't how it's supposed to feel. You're not lazy. You're not disorganised. You're running a system that was never designed for the way you actually work.Sound familiar?• You're spinning so many plates you've forgotten which ones actually matter to you• You say yes when you mean no - not because you're weak, but because you genuinely care• You've tried the planners, the apps, the systems - and two weeks later, nothing has stuck• Health, rest, relationships - always on the list marked 'later', and later never comesThis workshop exists because there is a better way - one that works with your natural rhythms, puts you back in charge of where your energy flows, and helps you move between modes with intention rather than exhaustion.
A full day that changes how you work. For good.
The Effectiveness Workshop is a practical, grounded, full-day workshop for professionals who are done with generic productivity advice. You'll leave with tools you can use on Monday morning, a framework that fits the way your brain actually functions, and a clearer sense of how to lead your time rather than be led by it.
What you’ll take away:
Ditch the 'busy' badge
Reconnect with what actually matters. Learn to balance your time effectively - not to do more, but to feel the difference between frantic activity and genuine effectiveness.
Tap into your innate rhythm
Re-align with your natural energy cycles - not the rhythms imposed by a world designed around someone else's biology and brain. Work with your energy, not against it.
Lean on others without burden
Build the support structures that actually hold you. Learn to ask for help from a place of strength, not desperation - and stop carrying what was never yours to carry alone.
A note for minds that work differently
Throughout the day, you'll find dedicated callouts for ADHD brains and neurodivergent thinkers - specific notes on how each framework lands differently if your brain works at a different speed, in a different order, or with a different intensity.
This isn't an ADHD workshop. But it is ADHD-friendly, because the tools we use are designed to work with non-linear thinking, not around it.
If you've ever abandoned a productivity system and blamed yourself - this day will change that story.

About Your Host
Ela Wassell is a leadership coach, One of Many Certified Trainer, and Voice Dialogue facilitator with over 600 hours of coaching experience and a background spanning two decades of professional practice, including a certificate in advanced coaching from the University of Oxford. She works with leaders, change-makers, and professionals who are brilliant at what they do and quietly exhausted by it - people whose brains work at full speed, whose ambitions are real, and whose current way of working is costing them more than it should.
In the room, she brings warmth, rigour, and a particular gift for holding complexity - if your brain makes unexpected connections and moves fast between ideas, she'll keep up with every thread. Clients describe her as deeply insightful, genuinely safe, and the kind of facilitator who makes things click that never quite clicked before. You might also find music playing. If you've been in a room with her before, you'll know exactly what that means.
